Nelson Rosabal is President of Rosabal Partners Consulting.
He is a triple career executive with 25 years of human resources experience and 14 years of sales experience at major broadcast, cable, and advertising companies, and 8 years of consulting at RPC.
Prior to establishing Rosabal Partners in 2006, Nelson was Managing Partner of Watson & Rosabal Executive Search, a search firm specializing in the recruitment of media, advertising, and entertainment employees.
Prior to that he spent twenty three years at NBC, where he held several HR positions at both the NBC Television Network and CNBC. He was Director of Corporate Staffing for NBC, responsible for corporate recruiting, college recruiting and internal staffing. He was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources Operations for NBC, a role in which he managed an internal consulting group that delivered recruitment, compensation, training, and other HR services to NBC management. Nelson was later promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for CNBC, and as one of the original senior management members, recruited and staffed the network with editorial, talent, technical, sales, marketing, and research employees, leading to the highly successful lanuch and growth of this NBC asset.
Seeking operational experience, he entered advertising sales at CNBC in 1991, and held positions as Account Executive, CNBC; Director of National Sales for Americas Talking Network, and Director of Southeastern Sales for CNBC.
Prior to working at NBC, Nelsonl spent six years at J.Walter Thompson Company, and seven years at Doubleday & Company. At JWT he as Vice President of Human Resources for the New York Office, where he was responsible for recruiting and training account executives as well as managing the New York HR department. He was Human Resources Manager for Doubleday's national chain of book stores, where he oversaw all HR activities for the retail division.
Nelson has a BA in Economics from St. John's University and did graduate work in Human Resources at NYU. He speaks Spanish and is a six sigma green belt.
Peggy Rosabal is Vice President of Rosabal Partners Consulting.
For the past twenty years she has provided behavioral consulting services to a wide range of corporate clients in addition to maintaining a psychotherapy practice.
She brings superb assessment and career counseling skills to Rosabal Partners, as well as expertise in behavioral and emotional intelligence challenges.
Peggy has provided consulting services and conducted corporate training for such clients as Verizon, Pitney Bowles, Deloitte & Touche, GTE, Heublein, and Pepsi. Some of the workshops that she developed and provided for these clients are: Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency, Managing Employees with Performance Issues, Handling Difficult Terminations, Managing Conflict, Stress Management, Dual Career Families, Violence in the Workplace, Time Management, Critical Incident De-Briefing, and Handling Loss at the Workplace.
Peggy graduated from Hunter College, then earned a Masters Degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work. She went on to earn her certification in Psychotherapy from the New York Institute for Counseling and Guidance.She is licensed in both New York and Florida.
