Leadership Skills & Presentation Skills Training
Theseworkshops / programs are designed to provide leadership skills to junior managers by teaching management concepts and new research relevant to your organization and culture. RPC seeks to provide your group with the skills necessary to lead effectively in today's very chalenging work environment. These workshops are also tailored to your organization's needs, utilize group exercises, case studies, and video to deliver an effective relevant learning experience.
Coaching candidates are sponsored by your company management, and recieve one-on-one observation and coaching. This includes attending meetings with the executive being coached in order to provide important first-hand observation feed-back. The coach and executive spend a good deal of time on specific topics outlined in the Executive Coaching Action Plan (ECAP) developed in conjunction with the executive's manager(s). There are also specific reading assignments given to the coachee to build the conceptual managerial base of knowledge.
